Ordering

We at Amish Select Furniture want you to rest assured in your purchases with us, and are here to help you every step of the way. Customization of most pieces are available, so please call us at 330-275-5514 if you have any questions. If you are uncertain about the dimensions or specifications of our products, we will help you create a beautiful piece of furniture that will accent your home or office.

Secure Internet Online Ordering

Customers can shop and purchase on our website with assurance, knowing that we’ve taken the security and safety measures to keep customers’ personal contact information safe.

Payment Options

We know that quality furniture like ours is an investment, and we’ll work with you to make that investment happen. A 50% deposit is due before we can start processing your order. The balance will have to be paid before your order ships.

Over-the-Phone

Though purchasing online is safe and secure, we welcome your orders by phone. If you would like to make your purchase by telephone, for any reason, please do not hesitate to call us at 330-275-5514. We’ll have someone available to help you with your questions and place your order. We accept these forms of payment with purchases made via the phone.

  • Money Order, Certified or Paper Check: Make check payments to “Amish Select Furniture” and mail to: Amish Select Furniture, PO Box 123, Berlin, Ohio, 44610
  • Wire Transfer: We accept nearly any form of payment in U.S. funds, including international wire transfers. All international transactions must be paid via wire transfer or cashier’s check in U.S. funds.

Cancellations

Refund requests will be granted for cancellations occurring up to 48 hours after you place your order. Cancellations after that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but you should be aware that work on your piece may have already begun if your purchase included furniture, or (in non-furniture purchases) your product may have already shipped. We typically do not accept cancellations in these cases.

Returns

We offer a 3 DAY return policy with 100% FREE return shipping on all return orders, with some exceptions. We do not accept returns unless you notify us within 3 DAYS of having received your item(s). If the item is damaged by you after delivery, we are not responsible, however, we would be happy to repair or replace any damaged items at a cost. If the item is damaged in delivery or during unloading at your residence, we will replace it FREE-OF-CHARGE.  If you are not satisfied with your furniture upon delivery, please contact us ASAP at (aselctfurn@gmail.com or 330-275-5514) , and we will assist you in the process of returning your item(s).

Warranty

At Amish Select Furniture, we stand behind our Amish furniture. Every piece of furniture we sell comes with a ONE Year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If, within one year of receiving your item, it is determined that the material or workmanship is defective, we will repair or replace the item. Amish Select Furniture will assist customers with claims relating to items that are manufactured by third parties. Please be prepared to send pictures to us (via email) that show the problem, so that we can assess what needs to be done. Normal use and wear, misuse, commercial use, and seasonal wood movement and splits are not included in this warranty. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not include damages to property or person caused by the misuse, improper installation, or lack of care of the item.

Some of our Amish woodworkers offer extended warranties or lifetime warranties. The customer may be responsible for freight charges on items repaired or replaced under warranty.

Warranties are not transferable.

We want to make sure that your experience with Amish Select Furniture is positive and helpful, so if something goes wrong, we want to know about it and make it right, just as soon as possible. Defective or Wrong Products

If you see that you have received a product that is different from what you have ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If possible, tell the shipper to simply return it to the sender. You must inform us of any defects within three days of receiving your purchase (photographs may be required as proof of defect).
